The Giles County Chamber of Commerce was incorporated in 1937. The Chamber is made up of over 140 members from the Giles County area who represent all types of business (retail, wholesale, professional, financial, service, industrial), individuals, nonprofit organizations and others. The 15-member Board of Directors are elected to serve 3-year terms with 5 Directors expiring each year. The Executive Committee consists of a President, Executive Vice President, 4 Vice-presidents of Economic and Industrial Development, Community Affairs, Finance, a Treasurer, Secretary and Executive Director.
