Giles County Wellness Center is well equipped with men’s and women’s locker rooms which make each exercise session as convenient as possible by providing lockers and shower facilities.

    Rowing machines
    Stair climbing machines
    Ski machines
    Elliptical machines

  • Strength Training & Free Weights
    The center offers a variety of strength training
    equipment to increase strength and muscle tone.

  • Group Exercise
    Members can choose between a variety of
    conveniently scheduled exercise and conditioning classes.
  • Meeting location for Weight Watchers
  • Personal Trainers Available

  • Child Care is available on the following schedule:
    • Monday Thru Thursday 10:00am to 1:00 pm
      4:30 pm to 8:00 pm

Narrows, Va on Clendennin Road off of Route 460.  This 9000 square foot facility features: full locker facilities, FLEX resistance training machines, cardiovascular machines, exercise classes, basketball, volleyball, and education/informational programs.
